So I've been re-watching Yami no Matsuei for some canon review... But the only version I have of the whole series is in English. (I'd taped it off of AZN when AZN still existed T___T)

... TALK ABOUT EPIC LULZ. I forgot how horribly dramatic Liam O'Brien is as Hisoka... And as much as I love Dan Green, he tends to get a little bit dramatic with his lines as well. It's HILARIOUS.

I think I've got my RPing groove back, finally! I'm so happy! I had to have an emo Edgeworth-esque RP suicide for a bit, I guess. XD

St. Paddy's Day!

Not just for all the people who put on green hats and sparkly shamrocks for a day and call it good, either. My family is actually very Irish-American, and I'm proud of that heritage! I love all aspects of the culture, the food, and the history, and that's why whenever I wake up on St. Patrick's Day, I get a tingling feeling inside of me.

I'm also a good Roman Catholic. Sure, not like the OMG YOU'RE ALL GOIN' TO HELL types, but I do consider myself a decent Catholic. My sister and I attended traditional Irish mass twice while we went on a school-organized trip to Ireland... and everyone else was shopping (for the first time) or seeing some exhibit (for the second time). Yeah, I'm an Irish Catholic junkie. :)

Ireland has always been a big part of me. It represents a great portion of my heritage and family history, which is why I love celebrating it on St. Patrick's Day. Of course, Christmas and Thanksgiving come in a cloooose second and third, but St. Paddy's will forever be the best!

I've done it. I'm legal.

Whoopie, I'm a grown up.

Four more days until my horribly sappy metaphorical death: eighteen. The fake day of adulthood!

Bahhh, community service is soooo cool. Sooo cool. I love working with the ESL people, and it's especially awesome, considering that's what I want to do with my life after school's done. (Will it EVER be done? Christ!)

Clubs, on the other hand, are not cool.

Literary magazine kind of fell apart, now that everyone complained to Mr. Meier about having meetings on Mondays. Boo. Book Club hasn't met in forever, and the other council members are so LAAAAZY. I swear, three of us actually care about Book Club.

D.I. sucks in general. Gooo figure.

Film club was supposed to start up, and didn't... And my fellows were supposed to go see our lovely Jesuit principal about Japan Club. UUUUGH. I SWEAR TO GOD. YIKES.

Why are all my friends SO LAZY when school/clubs/everything is the WORST!?

I knew I wouldn't last as a mod. Oh well.

DIETING = MOST PAINFUL THING EVER

Ach, I hate this dieting business. Why can't losing weight be so easy? T___T I want to at least get a little slimmer by the time Sakura Con rolls around, because I really want to cosplay this year. At this rate I'll have to wait until Otaku Con. :\ Gah, maybe I should try a different diet. Hrrrmph.

Man, I've been so tempted to join a few different RPs, but I know I wouldn't have to proper time to devote to it. T___T I miss roleplaying, and the only place I really have is the Disney Dressing Room. I still need to get hooked up with Jax's musebox, but a bit of canon review is definitely in order... *cries*

Ohhhhh my, I've got quite the weekend coming up.

I have so much writing to do. SOOO MUCH WRITING! Luckily I already made all of the necklaces for the kidlings in my group! I had to ask my family to help a bit, though... haha.

I hope this retreat is gonna be totally amazing for the juniors! Yay! (I really hope I can get everything done by tomorrow! And that I don't mess anything up...!)

(On a few side notes, OMG The Mentalist! That was a pretty intense episode! Too bad I missed Flash Forward. Boo. BUT OMG another note-- MUSEBOX! Jax has a muse box which is exciiiting! I need to brush up on my Peter a bit, tho~)

Queer as Folk re-run is on toniiiiiiight! Saddest one ever was on last night-- the last episode of season one. It always makes me sad to see Brian cry!! Anyways. Just postin' for funsies! :)
